What we confirm before a trip
Good transport support depends on clear details. We confirm the pickup point, destination, timing, mobility or accessibility needs, the level of assistance required and how the support will be funded. If plans change, early notice helps us respond safely and fairly.
Transport funding and support arrangements vary between participants. We will explain what we can provide and any relevant costs before an agreement is made. We do not assume that every trip or expense is covered by an NDIS plan.
Travel support and community participation
Transport may be part of a broader agreed support—for example, attending an activity with a support worker—or it may relate to building travel skills. The purpose, support time and transport arrangement should be clear so you know what to expect.
Our service area includes Seven Hills, Blacktown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Penrith, Wentworthville and surrounding Western Sydney communities. Distance, timing, worker availability and the type of support required all affect whether a request can be accepted.
