Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Citywide Home Care Pty Ltd is listed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an approved registered provider.

Which areas do you support?

We are based in Seven Hills and support participants across Blacktown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Penrith and surrounding Western Sydney communities, depending on the service and current availability.

Can my support fit around my routine?

That is the aim. We discuss your routine, preferences and goals, then work with you to agree on a support schedule that is practical and clear.

Can a family member or referrer contact you?

Yes. Participants, family members, carers, support coordinators and other referrers are welcome to contact us. We protect participant privacy and seek consent where required.

Are you accepting new participant enquiries?

Yes. We are accepting new participant enquiries across Western Sydney. Service suitability, worker availability and timing are discussed individually before support is confirmed.

How do I give feedback or make a complaint?

You can contact us directly or use our confidential feedback form. You can also contact the NDIS Commission independently at any time.
