Participate in your own way
Community support built around your interests
Community participation is not about filling a schedule. It is about having real opportunities to choose where you go, what you do and who you spend time with. We listen to what matters to you, then plan support that is practical, safe and connected to your goals.
Social connection
Support to meet friends, attend social activities and maintain relationships that are important to you.
Recreation and interests
Help to explore hobbies, local events, sport, creative activities and other interests you choose.
Community access
Support to visit libraries, shops, appointments, community facilities and familiar local places.
Confidence over time
Encouragement to practise communication, planning and community skills at a pace that works for you.
Choice comes before the activity
We talk with you about your interests, sensory or communication needs, preferred level of support and any barriers that make community participation harder. The plan should reflect your goals—not assumptions about what you ought to enjoy.
Activities and costs are discussed before support begins. Your NDIS plan and service agreement determine which support time is funded; entry fees, meals and personal purchases may be separate.
Group and centre-based activities
Citywide Home Care is registered for group and centre-based activities as well as participation in community, social and civic activities. Current group options depend on participant interest, suitability and availability, so please contact us for an accurate discussion rather than relying on a fixed online timetable.
Where approved communication and information equipment is relevant to participation, we can discuss the registration scope and practical next steps with you or your representative.

- Review what works. We check in with you and adjust agreed support when your interests or goals change.

Which areas do you cover?
From Seven Hills, we accept community participation enquiries across Blacktown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Penrith, Wentworthville and surrounding Western Sydney communities, subject to suitability and current availability.
